Ling Yiqun is a professor-level senior engineer with a Doctor’s degree. In February 2000, he was appointed Vice Director of Refining Division of Sinopec Corp. From June 2003 to August 2013, he became Director of Refining Division of Sinopec Corp. In July 2010, he was appointed Vice President of Sinopec Corp. From September 2011 to March 2014, he was Vice Chairman of Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company Ltd. (YASREF). From May 2012 to July 2013, he was Executive Director, President and Secretary of CPC Committee of Sinopec Refinery Product Sales Company Limited. In August 2013, he was appointed President and Secretary of CPC Committee of Sinopec Qilu Petrochemical Corporation and President of Sinopec Qilu Company. In August 2016, he served as Secretary of CPC Committee of Sinopec Qilu Petrochemical Corporation. In December 2016, he became Chairman of Sinopec Engineering（Group）Co. Ltd. In March 2017, he was appointed Vice President of Sinopec Group. In April 2019, he was appointed Member of the Party Leadership Group of Sinopec Group.
